Leo is the Technology & Innovation Director at Indigo Advisory Group and Founding Partner at Lorimer Ventures. He has worked with utilities and IPPs accounting for over 320GW of generation capacity, 1.2 million miles of T&D infrastructure, and 50 million customers. He founded a NYSERDA-backed smart thermostat company in 2016 and has been investing in early-stage B2B SaaS companies since 2019 via Lorimer Ventures, returning an ~8x MOIC over that time (99th percentile across all VC during that timespan). Leo mentors at several venture funds and accelerators, including Techstars where he was selected to their 2023 All-Star Mentor list (a top 1% selection based on founder and managing director voting) and served as President of Young Professionals in Energy / NYC for four years, where he developed a strong network across the energy sector in New York and beyond.
